Submission Instructions:
1.
All abstracts must be submitted via
our online submission system. Any abstract received by email, Fax or on
paper will be completely disregarded.
2.
All
abstracts must be written in English.
3.
Your
preferred format of presentation should be chosen
while submitting the abstract although it will not guarantee the final
format of the presentation which is determined by the scientific board of
Royan institute.
4.
For doing your
submission, your exact personal information and contact details are required and enables us
to contact you for further steps.
5.
You are requested to choose only one
main field for your abstract. (Mandatory)
Each
main field includes some auxiliary fields and you can also select an auxiliary
field for your abstract. (Optional)

Guide for
Authors:
1.
Authors and Affiliations:
Authors
will appear in the abstract book in the order you enter in your
submission, so please list them in the right order.
2.
Presentation preference:
You are requested to select your desired abstract’s presentation format.
This will not guarantee the final status of your abstract since it will
be determined by the congress scientific board.
3.
Abstract Body:
- Title: it should contain the complete name of the manuscript, abbreviations
of the first name, the middle name and the whole last name.
- Abstracts should contain title page, objective for stem cell articles
or background for reproductive articles, materials& methods, results
and conclusion.

Abbreviations should be defined as the first remark in the abstract.
Please do not use abbreviations in title.
- Please apply the international and standard abbreviations and
symbols, standard units and measurements, Remember that there is no need to describe
chemical symbols of the elements.

Please use MS word (doc) for the text files.
- The body text of your abstract should contain a maximum of 250-300 words.
- Your are requested for 2-5 keywords (Separated by ,)
- Although case reports and review articles will be considered by the
scientific board, authors should be aware that such abstracts will be
given a low priority.
Please
note that:
You
are able to preview or edit your abstract via your personal page before
you finalize your submission in the last step, once you finalize your
submission, you will not be able to edit your abstract anymore. You can
only delete previous submitted abstract(s) via your personal page after
finalizing your submission.
