Poster Presentation Guidelines

Thank you for your enthusiasm to participate in Royan International Congress (2-4 September 2026):

Poster sessions are a valuable method for authors to present papers and meet with interested attendees for indepth technical discussions. Therefore, it is important that you display your results clearly.

Poster Guidelines

You should prepare your poster in a single page PowerPoint slide and upload it in the related section in your profile in Royan congress site.

-Size (1080/1536 pixels) or (381/542mm)

-Portrait Orientation

Additionally, as the poster session is conducted in-person, the prepared poster should be printed and presented physically during the congress days.

Printed poster dimension: 100 cm tall/ 70cm wide/ Portrait orientation

There will be no time or materials available for last minute preparations at the congress. If you think you may need certain materials to repair the poster after traveling, Bring Them with You.

Poster Content

Posters usually have the similar structure to a research paper or journal article.

The poster sections should include:

Introduction, Method, Result, Conclusion, Acknowledgment and Reference.

The poster title should appear at the top of the poster with the first letters written in capital.
The author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s) are put below the title
Use large font type: 36 -point type (for headings), 24-point type (for text)
Do not use font types smaller than 18.
Maximum length of abstract has to be 350-450 words.
Use graphs and figures whenever possible. Make your poster visually pleasing and attractive.
It’s helpful to your colleagues when you provide a handout of your poster that includes your full contact information so they have access to your important ideas after the conference.
