Each year several competitions are held during the congress, wit prizes awarded to the winners. Theses awards reflect the congress’s longstanding commitment to encouraging young investigators to present their work and engage in scientific collaboration at our gatherings. The awards include the following:
1. Top-Score Abstract Award
To encourage and recongnize outstanding research, the congress presents the top-scoring abstract award. The award is given to three abstracts in each congress that the highest evaluation from each congress’ scientific judging panel.
The awards are will be presented at the annual Royan International Hybrid Twin Congress (Reproductive Biomedicine and Stem Cell Biology & Technology). The winners will receive a certificate of achievement and a monetary prize, conferred by the congress president during a joint session of the two Congresses.
2. Best Poster Award
Every year the presented posters are reviewed and judged by a panel of three or more judges. Poster presenters will provide a 2-3 minutes summary of their work, after which Judges will score the poster with an emphasis on presentation quality. This award is given to the presenter who receives the highest overall score from the judging panel.
Evaluation Criteria:
3. The quality of the research in terms of theoretical and methodological aspects
4. The originality of the work presented
5. The added value of the research in terms of “addressing a gap” in knowledge
6. How the research is contextualized, both locally and/or globally
7. The design and originality of the poster layout in relation to its contents
8. The quality of the poster presentation
It is essential that the presenter be present at their poster at the beginning of the poster session and remain in attendance for the duration of the session. If the presenter is absent when the judges arrive, the poster will not be judged and the presenter will not be eligible to receive the award.
3. Best Audience Award
This award is presented to the participant who answers all the questions correctly after listening meticulously to all the scientific lectures in every session. Participants' answers will be reviewed by a panel of three judges, and the award will be granted to the individual who receives the highest score from the judging team.

4. Best Poster Reader Award
This award is given to the best responses to questions related to the congress poster.
Candidate are participants who study the posters carefully are able to answer related questions accurately. This award is presented to the individual who receives the highest score from the judging team.
